“Went to KFC to pick up lunch today and the employee that served me was very welcoming, friendly, professional and had my food ready and to me in a very timely manner. The chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. The fries were hot, perfectly seasoned and prepared. The mac & cheese was prefect and the coleslaw was on point as always. Overall, my visit to this KFC was an excellent experience, definitely worth the extra 15-20 minutes to drive there over the 5 minute drive to Bojangles for their horrible service, long wait time and mediocre food!!“

“Tonight my father ordered food on an online order around 5:46pm we got to the building to pick up the food just past 6pm. Me & my son waited outside in the car since I am 35 weeks pregnant & my son is autistic. My father went into the building to pick up the food. We did NOT receive our food until 6:41pm. I understand dinner rush & I understand & know how long it takes to cook food to order as I used to work at 2 different fast food establishments as a cashier & a manager. This is absolutely unacceptable! 😤“
