“Staff was very welcoming on this day 8/6/2025 around 12noon our first time in this part of Virginia from New York City and the welcoming service along with food was amazing. Will definitely recommend this. Location and we will try to have breakfast here once more before leaving this weekend to go back North.“

“Although there was a bit of a wait for service due to how busy it was, our server, Rebecca was great! She was able to get us the early bird special price even though it had already ended by the time she was able to get to us. She took really good care of us and was very friendly and attentive. The food was good and plenty! Will definitely be back!“

“What a cute step back in time! Friends invited me to go to breakfast this morning. It was really good! I cannot eat shellfish, but I understand they have a wonderful She Crab Soup. I wish it was closer to me because I would use the pharmacy, too. I prefer independent pharmacies over the chains, but no longer have one near me.“

“A true family restaurant! Everyone is so polite and greets you, even customers! I had been carving pancakes and this is the first restaurant that pulled up on a search for the best pancakes! Delicious and great service, with a small town feel..can’t beat it! We will be back! Bring cash. There is also an ATM on site.“

“This business came up in my FB feed while visiting the Town Center area. I had not heard of it before, so as a bread lover it was a must try. I ordered online the night before received notifications when my order was ready; which was on time and let’s say that bacon, egg w/ jelly biscuit did NOT disappoint. I WILL be returning! so glad I ordered 2 plan biscuits for the road.“

“Called in my order to surprise my fiancé with breakfast for his birthday. 🎂 I mentioned this to Karen, when I picked it up she told me she put a candle in his pancake. Such a kind gesture. She even wrote Happy Birthday 🎉 on the container. So very sweet. Excellent customer service. I always encounter a great experience whether I’m dining in, calling in, or ordering online. But I most definitely wanted to shout out The lovely Caring Karen. As always I highly recommend Belaire Pancake House.“

“We waited a long time for our food. However, our server was new. It took about an hour to get our food, and the order was mixed up. The place was very crowded and on site parking was a challenge.
The manager was quick to apologize and to make it up to us. The salads are to die for, and the food was great in terms of taste, presentation, and uniqueness.“

“Talked with Robert who was cooking our food today and David and Kayla . Robert was excellent entertained my kids while cooking a packed Sunday morning rush food guy was awesome . I’ve managed a multi million dollar construction business and Robert has management potential if he isn’t already ! He commanded the room in a respectful constructive way and kept everything moving ! I would hire him in a New York minute !“

“my server, Joao, was inattentive, disregarding, forgetful and rude. Not only did he barely greet me and my coworker, he was snotty, forgot half of my food, allowed my coworkers waffle to get cold before bringing his butter and syrup, didn't ask if we wanted refills, and barely spoke to us. then decided to get snarky when I left him a $2 tip when he didn't even deserve that... I always to at least 25%... not today“

“Tony, the Cowboy fan from Baltimore, went out of his way to get my order to me. My elderly mother woke up this morning and asked for pancakes. Not being able to get to Ihop, I ordered through DD. Received my order and everything except the pancakes were in there. I called the store, spoke to Tony, and he brought my mother's pancakes to me personally. I really appreciate what he did. During this difficult time in our family life, small acts like that go a long way.
