“Called in my order to surprise my fiancé with breakfast for his birthday. 🎂 I mentioned this to Karen, when I picked it up she told me she put a candle in his pancake. Such a kind gesture. She even wrote Happy Birthday 🎉 on the container. So very sweet. Excellent customer service. I always encounter a great experience whether I’m dining in, calling in, or ordering online. But I most definitely wanted to shout out The lovely Caring Karen. As always I highly recommend Belaire Pancake House.“

“This business came up in my FB feed while visiting the Town Center area. I had not heard of it before, so as a bread lover it was a must try. I ordered online the night before received notifications when my order was ready; which was on time and let’s say that bacon, egg w/ jelly biscuit did NOT disappoint. I WILL be returning! so glad I ordered 2 plan biscuits for the road.“

Not only did he barely greet me and my coworker, he was snotty, forgot half of my food, allowed my coworkers waffle to get cold before bringing his butter and syrup, didn't ask if we wanted refills, and barely spoke to us. then decided to get snarky when I left him a $2 tip when he didn't even deserve that... I always to at least 25%... not today“

“Our server was Mr. Dee he was well groomed, and neat. He was articulate, knowledgeable of the menu and he gave great suggestive choices. His service was precise and quick to our order. He was professional and welcoming during our visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The restrooms were neat and clean. I wish there were more workers like Mr Dee in other businesses. He demonstrates awesome customer service and I look forward to eating at this specific IHOP restaurant in the future.“

“Classic IHOP food. Service was decent. I specifically asked for my hash browns burnt but I was sadly disappointed because they didn't burn them at all. Pancakes were wonderful and my chicken country fried steak was flavorful and filling. The atmosphere was a little rough. The floor was sticky, food residue was all over tables and floor. The restaurant strangely smelled of baby powder and the booth we sat at gave us a clear view of a bullet hole in the window.“
