“I had such an incredible experience at First Watch today thanks to Victoria! I placed an order and asked for a delayed prep because I had a nail appointment nearby—and completely forgot about my food. 🤦🏾‍♀️
Instead of being annoyed or dismissive, Victoria went above and beyond in the most genuine way. She actually came to the nail salon to let me know they were closing at 2:30 and offered to prepare my order and bring it to me. I was honestly blown away.
