She even wrote Happy Birthday 🎉 on the container. So very sweet. Excellent customer service. I always encounter a great experience whether I’m dining in, calling in, or ordering online. But I most definitely wanted to shout out The lovely Caring Karen. As always I highly recommend Belaire Pancake House.“

“I’m from up north and had only been to a Waffle House while driving down to FL (typical NJ family tradition lol). Now that I live so close to one, I love being able to truly enjoy the atmosphere. The waitresses are always a delight and will keep you smiling. I stop by every so often during walks with my son. He has slept in here and also been in the restaurant smiling the whole time too. I love it.
Recently I got a burger with waffles on the side and when I came home, I used the waffles as a bun for the burger and omg… totally worth it. I’ll have to get a picture next time!“

“I stopped by this IHOP for my birthday with my family, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. We waited quite a while to get seated since nobody was at the front, and once we were finally sat, it was pretty obvious our server didn’t want us in her section, which made for an awkward start. Then we got our coffee but had to wait around for silverware to stir it—it would be so much easier if they just put silverware down when they seat people. The food actually came out correct and pretty quick, but I had to ask for extra napkins twice and never got them. The real issue, though, was that it felt like the AC was broken. It was sweltering in there, and the booths were sticky just from the heat. I really do like the look of the place and want to give it a second chance because the food was solid, but they definitely need to tighten up the service and the atmosphere before it's a 5-star experience for me.“

She was upfront and let us know that there would be a wait before our food arrived, which we appreciated because it helped set our expectations. The food was good when it finally came out, and throughout the entire experience, Deven remained friendly, attentive, and professional.
