2nd time at this location. Food is good at most Waffle House locations and this no exception. Friendly folks serving and cooking, Newport News is a good place.The heating/cooling unit is Out Of Control! The fan is on high speed! Curtains are blowing about, a lady's hat got knocked off - my plate was moving across the table! Some how the blower needs to be turned down!
My friends and I were greeted by everyone, all the workers are very kind and helpful, busy Saturday night and they still managed to be sweet and patient! Best Waffle House we’ve been to

Took the kids to the new Waffle House on Jefferson Rd in Newport News. It was a hit for them and me. I actually love their waffles but we all know THE HOUSE can be a little janky sometimes and smell like dirty mop water. This one was very clean, the servers were nice, professional and actually smiling. The food was The House's finest of dining! I Recommend this location.
