I was not in the best mood at the time but brightened up once my daughter told me “they wrote happy birthday” (look at the cute hearts!!). “Very nice place. Urban Ice worker was very pleasant. She had a lot of orders at once and it took some time which was understandable. I haven't had rolled ice cream in years, so it was nice to stumble across the establishment again.
My only complaints... I had whipped cream on my rolled ice cream by mistake. But she did ask me again about whipped cream for my other order, which I actually wanted whipped cream on that one. Also, I didn't care for the consistency of the milkshake. I thought it would be richer/thicker, but it reminded of a Frosty which I don't like.“
