I was not in the best mood at the time but brightened up once my daughter told me “they wrote happy birthday” (look at the cute hearts!!). Sorry I didn’t notice at the time and thanks for going the extra mile to make me feel special! Also, a while back I went inside to order and remember that the associate was super kind to my daughter. “Sandwich could have had a little more pastrami. Swiss melt on the rye . Sandwich Came a little sloppy. The kitchen was not busy at all. I was the only customer at the time. Cook needs to pay more attention to detail. Presentation is everything.“

“Fairly mid. I went there with a friend as a last hurrah before she moves and it took us 15 minutes to find the building. Its in the same building as the burrito restaurant and the sign was really hard to see. We find it and we stand there for 10 minutes not knowing if we were in the right place because the decor made it very clear that it was the burrito place and we weren't very sure where to go. The owners were very nice and just said that we could sit anywhere and would bring us some menus. We get settled and order and it takes about 25 minutes for the them get started on making our rolled ice cream. 45 minutes later we have 2 of our 5 ice creams. Another lady comes in and finishes our order in 25 minutes. I'm not sure if the first lady was a trainee or wasn't trained specifically for the ice cream side of the restaurant, but took a really long time to get our ice cream, but overall it was a super fun night. The ice cream was ok, and I would probably go back just because of the vibe. Not something you should do if you don't have a lot of time or if you want super good quality rolled ice cream.“
