“So the guys an entrepreneur who owns the place.. he does an outstanding job on his products(which he makes HIMSELF and doesn't depend on a staff to read from a ingredient menu to put HIS touch on HIS product)my wife that I got the coffee for was above estatic I recommend this place to anybody who takes pride in their daily coffee this man knows how to make a morning worth waking up to !!“
“Went to "Cocktails and Candle Making" event here. Absolutely lovely place. We had the opportunity to choose our fragrance out of many scents for our candles. The candles turned out fragrant and very pretty. Meanwhile, there were cocktails, fun and stimulating conversation, with live music. Unfortunately, at this time there are no food sells, but it's a great place for your book club to meet up, to hang out for cocktails, music, finding your favorite scent, and socializing.“
“Customer service was not friendly at all. When making my order the cashier was multi tasking and didn't put my order in as I asked. When I took the food back I was called a liar on putting in my order and was told that they weren't going to refund my money. SMHRH, that upset me that I was called a liar and I know how I like my food and how I ordered it. But, she was busy moving around ect but she honestly didn't put my order in correctly and to be called a liar was unacceptable. If you're writing down things and putting in orders walking away from me and you say you have my order right but then don't why I'm being called a liar and it was simply a misunderstanding lack of communication she told her boss that she gave me eye contact when ordering my food but simply not because you were writing ect. I'm just saying I don't like my hash browns fried hard or my toast almost burnt so why wouldn't I specify on how I want my food cooked?The manager really showed no professionalism, stated that she was not refunding me because the food looked good to her. I explained to her that I work hard fory money and if I'm going to purchase anything I want what I asked for. She told me that she was in the business to make money not lose it and I explained to her that I'm not going to pay for something that I don't want because that's wasn't how I ordered my food. I told her that the young lady was multi tasking and she clearly didn't get my order right and the young lady loudly said again why are you lying right now??? Why do I have to lie??? I had got to work and had to leave and go back because my order wasn't right. If it had been a mistake on my end why go all the way back???? People please from my experience if you see that someone is multi tasking when you're ordering your food let them complete what they're doing no matter if the say go ahead I got you wait then order with eye contact and have them to repeat it back to you because this is just tewwwww much. They asked for a receipt and I let them know that she did not give me one they asked her where was the receipt she threw my receipt in the trash but kept the cash register so that's how they were able to refund me my money.“
“I have yet had the opportunity to eat here.The two times I've been here have been after hours.One thing that I can speak about is, after while working on a refrigeration system, I observed that all the perishables inside the refrigerator have handwritten dates on them.I am very impressed by this attention to detail.In the 10 years that I've been in business I have yet to see this in any other facility.This tells me that they are very conscious of what they serve.I do look forward to eating here and I will give you an update on the food.“
