“Food has been outstanding every visit. The only thing is the atmosphere for me. I don't know if it is a sport bar, lounge, club or restaurant. I will just say the food is good and I wish they would lean more to a welcoming atmosphere for everyone at all times.“

“I absolutely love tropical smoothie!!! I visited the Victory Blvd location and Kevin was the only person working!! When I’d entered there were several customers waiting and a customer in front of me. Kevin was preparing an order came out presented the customer invited them back smiled at the customer in front of me assisted them quickly and then greeted me and assisted me. It was an absolute joy to observe such wonderful customer service. Thank you ? Kevin for making my experience at your location enjoyable!! Portion was about the size of a normal cereal bowl packed with fruits, granola etc. Would recommend and we plan on coming back for “Meet Me In The Alley”, which is the back side outdoor area with a food truck.“

“Be a J Juice Bar is a phenomenal smoothie and health juice restaurant with delicious healthy smoothies and drinks designed with health at the peak of importance. Exceptional friendly staff (military owned restaurant). Highly recommended also are the Jamaican patties! The detox absolutely works lost 5 lbs in 3 days and felt a lot healthier after completing the detox. Highly recommend this restaurant. Loved this restaurant! Will definitely be a return customer.“

Even when I kept changing the delivery time, you and your team were accommodating and professional. We are from out of state and reserved a hotel suite to celebrate our graduate. The food arrived piping hot and my guests loved EVERYTHING. Escovitched fish, jerk chicken, rice and peas, Mac ‘n cheese, cabbage and the largest pillows of coco bread I’ve ever seen. The ‘to-go’ containers were definitely used as everyone packed a plate to eat later in the evening. I even shared the ever so tender oxtails with a couple of guests.

In the past they have been incredibly slow, but after my initial review I've noticed that the past three times I've went it's been very fast and wanted to update my review to match. I'm not sure if it's new staff or just a coincidence, but either way I am happy 😊 Very good smoothies and I love the veggie empanadas!

Smoothies are good, empanadas are great! The only thing I don't like is the 30 minute wait time. Its getting a bit ridiculous, I've ordered here 4 times now, each time took 30 minutes and this isn't at peak times of day either. I'm not sure if stuff can be speed up by prepacking common smoothie ingredients or adding another machine/staff member, but I do not recommend if you aren't willing to wait for ever.“

“I realized today that not ALL smoothies are created equal. I had my usual Island Green today and my husband had Acia Berry. They were amazing! Better than the last ones we picked up in a different location. My husband noted that his was especially fruity and smooth. I noticed the same with mine tasting very fresh. Maybe the other location is forgetting an ingredient or something 🤔. Needless to say, we love our treats at Tropical Smoothie!“

“Normally not one to leave reviews, me and boyfriend came in here just to grab a quick bite to eat and these two employees were PHENOMENAL! So helpful, patient and efficient the food quality and customer service was top notch. The gentleman working the counter was so attentive and helped us choose what would be best for us and modify our order. The lady working was also a ray of sunshine.
