“The lady at the first window didn’t give us the correct change, my boyfriend very kindly went back and explained to her the mistake, in which she responded by muttering “God forbid I don’t give you a dollar” then at the 2nd window the male threw both of our straws into the car window saying “Kobe” after throwing the first straw onto the floor then saying “Shaq” as he threw the second onto the floor of the car. I have no idea what this means or why he threw the straws at us or said this. And I don’t know why she was so rude about us kindly asking for our correct change. Horrible experience.“

Very refreshing overall. The matcha stands out as high quality - smooth, not too bitter, and no chalky texture. When it’s made right, it really hits.

They offer a nice selection of desserts and light sandwiches that pair well with the drinks. Perfect for a quick bite without feeling too heavy.

💵 Price Point: $10-$20

Only downside:
The flavors aren’t consistent. I’ve gone multiple times and the drinks taste different with each visit, which takes away from an otherwise great experience.“

“I ordered yesterday for pickup this morning and when I arrived, the donuts were ready and FRESH! They were puffy and delicious, and they didn’t taste “fake” like Dunkin’ Donuts or Krispy Kreme’s. This shop is far from where I live but I came out this way to treat myself for Mother’s Day and I’m so glad I did. Thanks for providing great customer service and an excellent product! “Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“

“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“
