This place is a hidden gem of Poquoson. Amazing homemade food, quality personalized service and a cozy gastro pub type atmosphere. The reviews and pictures don't do it justice, an absolute must visit.

1631 Burgers Bourbon & Brew is a small but really awesome place. The food is insanely good, with burgers full of flavor and a fantastic brisket burger and Mac n cheese. The pork belly is also amazing. The bottomless in house made chips and fries are great additions. The bourbon selection is extensive, and the old fashioned and bourbon sour are must-tries. Service is good, though it can be a little slow, and the atmosphere is really good. The place gets really noisy during peak times, and the benches lack pads. Prices for a family of 4 are on par with other restaurants, but the quality surpasses all others. Best Burger in Hampton Roads. A 10 out of 10 experience.
