I ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was excellent.
Gluten free buns that are actually good!!! Great staff and food, cant beat that combination. Wish we lived closer so we could go regularly. Husband said the pretzel bites with cheese were best hes had in years. House whiskey was perfect in the old fashion.
Bacon jam, burger, and Smashburger were delicious. They were out of the house made chips, which was disappointing, but the fries were outstanding so it was OK.

1631 Burgers Bourbon & Brew is a small but really awesome place. The food is insanely good, with burgers full of flavor and a fantastic brisket burger and Mac n cheese. The pork belly is also amazing. The bottomless in house made chips and fries are great additions. The bourbon selection is extensive, and the old fashioned and bourbon sour are must-tries. Service is good, though it can be a little slow, and the atmosphere is really good. The place gets really noisy during peak times, and the benches lack pads. Prices for a family of 4 are on par with other restaurants, but the quality surpasses all others. Best Burger in Hampton Roads. A 10 out of 10 experience.
