Came in with large catering orders for our cast and crew and couldn't call ahead of time. Despite the inconveniences we put the staff through, Jancy made us feel so welcomed every time we saw her. Her smile is truly as big as her heart and she made sure to go above and beyond for customer service. She was a gem! Thank you Jancy!
