Ordered an iced drink and it was hot , no ice inside . I ordered on online and came to pick the drink up so I don’t understand why my drink was hot if the ordered clearly said iced . Ended up throwing the drink out and making one myslef.

I ordered 2 iced drinks, cake pop, and a hot drink. I asked for a splash of milk in one iced drink, stated it was okay if it doesn't fill the cup, I understand just want a splash of milk. When we received the drinks, I noticed it was filled and milky, when Mary who was working the drive through window noticed her attitude changed, instantly irritated at I said I asked for a splash it was milky. After I recieved the drinks, I was astonished at the fact Mary's attitude changed from sweet to whatever, I almost pulled away without my cake pop for my daughter. So when I asked for it, Mary said I gave it to you, I stated no you did not, she looked around, again saying with a worse attitude I handed it to you, she saw it on the counter next to her checking again, passed it to me gripping the cake pop, and it was completely smashed no longer a cake pop. I am completely in dismay at how quickly her attitude changed when order was not made correctly, nor finished. Being in the customer service field for 15 years, manager in my field, I would have a sit down and maybe consider Mary someone who does not interact with customers or all together Find a new job.

Went in and usually it’s good but I had to put the one star after the service I had this morning at this location. Went in and got the usual order for pickup for my friend and found something black like a plastic or something. Even then I was ok for them to remake it but when I got the remake the lady asked so what is the issue with an attitude. How is it my fault for this?

I’ve had nothing but good experiences when coming to this store. All of the partners I’ve interacted with have been friendly and efficient when coming to making my order and if they have messed up my order by giving me dairy instead of a milk substitute I ask for, example: soy or oat. They never have made me feel guilty or giving me attitude for asking them to remake it since I can’t have regular milk. That’s why they have been my main Starbucks I visit. Keep up the good work partners.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Thought it was a fluke the first few times but it’s every time. My mobile order is then alway luke warm at most after waiting 25+ minutes. Service is just ok at best. Unfortunate as this is right next to my home.

This is my go to spot, they always hit my custom drink on the spot! Better than most Starbucks in the Hampton area. Most people that work here are pretty friendly minus a couple people but overall great drinks!

My food/drink was fine. Service was... pretty bad, food and drink both took a very long time to come out, this location was absolutely filthy, and the vibes were terrible; they were playing straight EDM -and some of the worst pop music I've ever heard- on a Thursday afternoon (this review was written a couple weeks after this visit). God bless whoever took the aux at ~6 PM.
