Understaffed the last time I visited, only 2 staff, and the drive-thru person didn't seem to be helping the barista much, so it was slower than usual.This place is usually fast, the 4 to 40 times a year that I visit Portsmouth, so my 4-star rating reflects how they have been, overall, not just the 3 stars for the most recent visit.Parking: Small parking lot in front. Side and back are used for Drive-Thru, so I rarely need to park here, anyway.
This Starbucks is super hard working. I love coming here on my breaks. Even though they're are always busy and people make insane requests- they do it all with a smile! They're super clean and always have everything in stock. Hands down my favorite Starbucks in town. The quality never disappoints. Dominque was awesome. I believe she's the manager and she was super hard working along with the rest of the crew!
