“Great food every time. I have been to the Norfolk location and the Virginia Beach location and they are both top notch. Everything I have tried is excellent. Last time we got the Smoke Stack Sammich, which includes brisket, pulled pork and their smoked sausage. It is so tasty and you get a bit of everything. The pork belly is great. The pork rinds are the best you can get. The wings with the dry rub are killer. We got the Tommy Boy, a sometimes Friday special, the best pastrami sandwich at the Beach. I haven't tried anything I didn't love yet. The staff is always on the move and is always very friendly. Already planning our next visit.“

“We had your ribs at the RibFest in Elkhorn Wisconsin. We waited in line for about 45 minutes, which we didn't mind doing expecting excellent ribs. We were very disappointed. the ribs were tough and chewy, and rare at the bone. We couldn't eat them because we didn't feel that eating raw pork was safe. I thought about going back up to the booth to complain, but you were really busy, and your staff was super friendly, so we just considered it a waste of $32. My friend took the ribs home, cooked them low and slow for 5 hours, and then they were delicious. I know running a food booth for something that takes so long to cook is a challenge, but serving raw pork keeps us from purchasing from you next year. I would not have written the negative comments for mediocre ribs, but it felt necessary for raw ribs“

“Update 25jun26: had a company event here with their catered food: pulled pork, chicken, cole slaw, pickles, Mac and chesse and corn bread. It was all delicious!
Good bar + restaurant with a decent size outdoor area. Good tatters and smoked wings. Many fire pits and propane heat towers for cozy winter get-togethers. Has Fosball and giant Connect Four and Corn Hole games.“

“Stopped by for my first visit. What a great surprise. I was greated by the most friendly young man who answered all my questions about how they cut and what comes with the plate. Food was prepared fresh and served hot. The flavor was off the chart. It was GREAT!! I got the Hogzilla. Brisket was spot on, bbq full of smoke and onion rings seemed to be homemade. So if you have a taste for que you owe this joint a visit. You will be glad you tried.“

“We celebrated my sister's birthday last night at Texas Roadhouse and had the best experience ever! Sydney was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal! Her mannerisms, her kindness, her attention to detail, everything...she was AMAZING! She even assisted my 69-year-old sister with getting on the saddle to be recognized for her special day. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were outstanding! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will be back and will definitely ask for Sydney!“

“Came in late, after fighting VA Beach Traffic, but was treated like it was the start of the day..smiles and a warm welcome from the hostess and an even bigger hello from Mickey, who volunteered to assist us..his whole vibe..validated our choice to stop in for dinner🥰 The chef..OMG was on point, I have never had such a perfectly cooked steak and lobster tail in my life..and I have had plenty of both. The price was extremely fair, the service was second-to-none..I have not one bad thing to say..this will be my must stop when I'm in the area..THANK YOU TO SUCH AN AMAZING TEAM..“

Someone disliked the macaroni salad...unfortunately they forgot isn't American macaroni salad. It reminds me of my favorite Mexican macaroni salad in California. So good. Great service...delicious hot food. So many delicious choices. We will definitely be back“
