“this place is absolutely delicious. I was with a bunch of guys who all raved over their brisket and pulled pork. I had the salmon, which is not always the best idea at a bbq joint but it was outSTANDing! the fired green tomatoes were yummy too. with a cool, modern building in the heart of Ghent and super friendly staff, this place is going to become a new hangout. we were there for lunch so we haven't tried the bar scene but that's next on the list. if I could give it an 11 out of 10, I would!“

“If you want to stop somewhere for a snack or drink, this place is for you. If you want a family friendly experience with great music this is the place for you. In the chilly times of the year that have outside seating with fire pits to keep you warm . If you like to enjoy a fave beverage and maybe play pong or Corn hole and table soccer this is the place for you. The only thing we found better than the beverages or food is the service. Once you go there once they treat you like family. My wife and I found this place while attending to our daughter who inpatient at the Norfolk heart hospital for the past 3 1/2 months and the service and the outpouring support was unlike anything my wife and I experienced from any business. We recommend this place to anyone of any age as you will find all age groups enjoying themselves like respectful human beings.“

“Drive thru only. Been here several times now and mistakes made on 3/4 of my visits. I didn't get my full order or i received someone elses complete order. This Cook Out just recently opened so will forgive the mistakes and put it down to lack of experience. Staff has always been helpful and nice. Prices are right. Food is good. The chocolate malt milkshakes are the best around.“

To me, that’s good business. Thank you for fixing me up, I plan on coming back.
The food was pretty good, loved my burger and my wife loved her wings, but server let someone else walk out with my card and now I’m on the hook for over $100 on someone else’s tab. Management told me to dispute, bank claim got rejected due to lack of information, and I’ve been reaching out to try and get this resolved. If I lived out that way I’d just go and get it sorted out. Willing to bump review back up to how I honestly feel if y’all see this and wanna fix it.“

“I’ve eaten here about 5 times now and everytime I order they do not disappoint. Every dish I’ve had has been delicious. I recommend the Hawaiian bbq dish that comes with white rice, macaroni salad and beef/pork/chicken and the strawberry milk tea with boba. Again.. everything I’ve gotten has been amazing! But those are what I’ve liked the most. Portions are good. Food is good. Service is fast considering how busy they are.“
