The Pig Shop Reviews
Stopped by for my first visit. What a great surprise. I was greated by the most friendly young man who answered all my questions about how they cut and what comes with the plate. Food was prepared fresh and served hot. The flavor was off the chart. It was GREAT!! I got the Hogzilla. Brisket was spot on, bbq full of smoke and onion rings seemed to be homemade. So if you have a taste for que you owe this joint a visit. You will be glad you tried.
Ribs and brisket are so tasty with awesome price. Love that Ribs are a little crispy. Friendly service and great AC! We will be back :)!
The pulled pork could use seasoning or flavor added. The sides were potato salad, coleslaw and the macaroni & cheese. The fries were the best item. 👍

The Pig Shop is a small restaurant that serves exceptional barbecue dishes. Their wings are freshly grilled, and the brisket is praised as the "best known to humankind." The collards are also outstanding. The restaurant is highly recommended and offers food fit for royalty. Customers often enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, and the specials are worth trying. The menu includes items like the spicy Rooster sandwich, a fried chicken sandwich with sauce and pickles, and the brisket, which is usually great but can sometimes be tough. The restaurant offers a variety of sides, including cinnamon apples, hush puppies, green beans, potato salad, and mac n cheese. The buns for pulled pork are potato rolls, adding to the flavor. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is neatly packaged for takeout, making it easy to enjoy at home. While the Pig Shop may rush customers at closing time due to limited hours, it remains a place that delivers quality barbecue and a welcoming atmosphere.
