Redwood Smoke Shack Texas Inspired BBQ is one of the best BBQ restaurants. The food is amazingly good. The Dumpster Fire is awesome, and the jalapeño sausage and Mac and cheese will put you in a food coma. The burnt ends are outstanding, and the ribs are so tender they practically melt in the mouth. The brisket is very well cooked and smoked. The bananamisu is freaking awesome. The place is huge and beautiful, with authentic décor and country music playing in the background. The service is 10/10, and if the owner sees someone struggling to put on a spare tire, he will come help. The wait line is long but well worth it. However, the restaurant is expensive, and they charge extra for the ribs and brisket. The Mac and cheese can be a little dry. Overall, it is a great BBQ experience, and customers will definitely be back for more.
