“Interesting! We were turned away at another restaurant and decided to show up at HQ Korean 2 hours before they close as a big group and were accommodated right away. It was easy to order, the food came right out because the waiter knew we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the experience. We did KBBQ and hot pot. Food was very delicious, I ate way too much and I promised I would return at an earlier time so we can really take our time. They also have a cold bar with sauces and veggies, kimchi and seaweed salad to enhance your meal. I love there. Our waitress was extremely friendly, polite and beautiful. I think she remembers my cousin from a last visit. I’m sorry I didn’t take any pics but feel free to ask any questions. Please visit you will not regret it!“
“The food you didn't know you needed. Who made the potato salad and the macaroni and cheese? IYKYK but idk but they certainly know what they are doing. This food is consistently good. They let me taste the potato salad and well you can judge for yourself from the pictures. Parking may have you fighting for a spot sometimes, especially on the weekends so take a friend so they can jump out and go in while you sit and wait. Definitely worth it. Service was great. Ambiance is nice. And they even have ice cream.“
“Wings cooked very well, sauce is house made. Heavier on the butter flavor compared to other house wing sauces I have had. The ribs were my favorite when compared to wings and brisket. The brisket was overly moist and wet for my taste, and awesome flavor. The ribs very tender, and perfect flavor.Sides: the broccoli salad was basic compared to other broccoli salads I have had. The corn pudding was perfect, flavor right on point.“

He likes the tender texture and un-sauced meat. He likes the Georgia Mustard sauce on the side. “We’ve been here several times, and as usual, the atmosphere, service and food did not disappoint! We started out with smoked wings and fried pickles. The wings were flavorful, and the fried pickles were very tasty. We ordered the pork and catfish with green beans and jalapeño cornbread. We also ordered the Bang Bang shrimp with hush puppies. Our food looked good and tasted even better. Maddie was our server. It was a pleasure to make her acquaintance again! Always a wonderful experience when we go to the Fishin Pig!“
“Simply the best sandwich shop in town. Food is awesome. Too many good sandwiches to choose a favorite. Start at the beginning of the menu then order the next sandwich down each time you come back till you hit the end. “The BBQ sandwich would have been much better if I could have added a couple of different BBQ sauces. No BBQ sauce available, only hot sauce. I chose to dine in, and I was disappointed that the food was not presented on a plate or tray. I believe if these two issues were addressed, they would see an increase in business. “First time going to Hanks today and it’s a nice little spot. It was a little cool so we didn’t sit outside but I was able to check out the outdoors and, on a nice warm day it would be a really cool outdoor vibe. The food was good and the service was friendly. Would definitely return.“
“Just spent the afternoon at KPOT in Norfolk and it was one of the BEST MEALS I have had in a long time!! It was actually a food experience with being able to cook your own food to your taste, but the food was incredible!!! You have to try this place out, you will NOT be disappointed!!
