“Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Gogi Guys Korean BBQ. We were greeted as soon as we walked inside and the staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. Portions were extremely generous. We will definitely go back the next time we are visiting.“
“Was walking around and stumbled upon this place and decided to check them out. We’re so glad we did! It was mid afternoon on a Wednesday so it was fairly slow but the food was great. We got the Snow Chicken and Popcorn Shrimp. The chicken was great and the sauce gave it a garlic creamy taste. Popcorn shrimp was good too! I got a Banana Smoothie and it was perfectly sweetened, real bananas, and was creamy and smooth. Our server was very nice and the owner is the sweetest lady ever! We tried their Blueberry Yogurt cake for dessert after her recommendation and we were not disappointed. Prices were lower than competing places too!! We loved our first visit here & will definitely come again!“
“Interesting! We were turned away at another restaurant and decided to show up at HQ Korean 2 hours before they close as a big group and were accommodated right away. It was easy to order, the food came right out because the waiter knew we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the experience. We did KBBQ and hot pot. Food was very delicious, I ate way too much and I promised I would return at an earlier time so we can really take our time. They also have a cold bar with sauces and veggies, kimchi and seaweed salad to enhance your meal. I love there. Our waitress was extremely friendly, polite and beautiful. I think she remembers my cousin from a last visit. I’m sorry I didn’t take any pics but feel free to ask any questions. Please visit you will not regret it!“
“Thank you Ivy for exceptional customer service, we felt so genuinely welcomed by her. She has such a lovely heart and takes care of her customers from her heart! Food was amazing, especially fried Las Vegas sushi and cucumber salad was the best! Crème Brulle for desert was perfect! Again thank you!!“
“Norfolk Garden is an overlooked, hidden little gem in the rough. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's clean, and the food is its own magic. It was quiet when we went for lunch today. Sadly, the menus now have notices stating you must pay first taped to the front owing to people dining and dashing a little too much. This is more than shameful given the quality and quantity of delicious food served here by the charming unobtrusive attentive staff here. This spot deserves so much more traffic than it seems to get anymore.Definitely get the Kim-Bap, and try K-22 if you are a stone bowl Bibimbap fan. You will get the full traditional Korean service with tasting dishes first.Last but certainly not least is the cinnamon tea they bring you as a final digestive. You will not want it to end as it is refreshing and just the right level of sweet to wrap your meal with.If you're looking for something local and new to you that isn't new to try, please give this place a shot.“
“Just spent the afternoon at KPOT in Norfolk and it was one of the BEST MEALS I have had in a long time!! It was actually a food experience with being able to cook your own food to your taste, but the food was incredible!!! You have to try this place out, you will NOT be disappointed!! Bring a BIG appetite, you will eat a lot and it is sooooo worth the money!!“
“The food here is simply delicious. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. I love the diverse menu selection and atmosphere. Definitely the best Korean comfort food in my opinion. Fresh ingredients and made with love. My top 10 place to visit in the Hampton roads area.“
“My daughter picked hot pot 757 greenbrier to have her family birthday dinner, and let me say… everything was awesome!! The manager servers, bussers, and host were all so very nice!! Only a few in our family have been there, so we had no idea what to do or order.. the employees helped us so much and guided us in the right direction! Thank you so much hot pot 757!! We’ll be back soon!!“
“We tried the Hansang Gimbap for our appetizer and it was out of this world. For entrees we chose the Seafood Ramyun and the Jja Jang Myun. The seafood ramen was amazing but the jja jang myun noodles were not my favorite. I would try something different next time.“
“First time eating here and I enjoyed the food :-)It’s not a very large space and I was surprised to see many people dine in for a Wednesday night plus many take out orders. Service is great and the waitress was very friendly :-)I ordered the chirashi bowl and it’s fairly priced for the amount of sashimi you get! Fresh and very thick slices and I could not finish the rice - the sashimi filled me up. It came with a soup and side salad as appetizers.Loved the spot and I want to come back to try their Korean fried chicken and udon noodle soup :-) highly recommend for a regular go to spot!“
“The croffles were delicious!!! The pastry had the perfect balance of density to carry the toppings and fluffiness to be satisfying yet not heavy. The toppings were paired equistisly. The dessert satiated the sweet tooth without being too rich or overly decadent. I had a strawberry banana Nutella, ferrero Roche and and ube croffle. I loved each of them. I would recommend those as well. The ube croffle was my favorite. I have been craving it ever since. If you are in VA beach, I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Saw this Korean spot when we went to Outback. Decided to give it a shot. The closest to the Korean food we're used to.... Forget the bonchon spots, you get more bang for your buck here! Wish they had more sides but what was available is good too! Kids approved so we definitely will be back. We got the Bibimbap (make sure you ask for your egg to be over easy or it'll have a hard yolk),bbq chicken, kimbap(Gimbap),& bugolgi fried rice (this was ok). The sides we got were kimchi, cucumbers, mac salad, & the shoyu potato.“
“This is a gem in this area of VB! Love the revamped menu and the new drink options. Delicious! The staff is amazing and the music (softly played) is enjoyable. Very happy we came here for the first time and we will definitely be back. Try the Korean Corn Dogs, Korean Corn or fried dumplings as an appetizer. Yumm!“
“The experience was ok. The food was ok except for the ramen which is just a pack of regular ramen noodles from stores which was disappointing for my wife and daughter. They were hoping for some ramen that a Japanese or Chinese resto would serve. The service was great.“
“I absolutely recommend this place! Their food is somehow better than their coffee and their coffee is immaculate! I ordered the K BBQ grilled cheese and the char was just a hair more than I’d traditionally prefer but that didn’t affect the flavor in the least bit. Despite the flaw, the sandwich was a 10! Don’t get me started on this amazing atmosphere. In an environment as rich in local coffee shops and K BBQ I’ll absolutely be coming back here. They’ve managed to make a returning customer effortlessly! 10/10 recommend!“
