“Very nice place. Urban Ice worker was very pleasant. She had a lot of orders at once and it took some time which was understandable. I haven't had rolled ice cream in years, so it was nice to stumble across the establishment again.
My only complaints... I had whipped cream on my rolled ice cream by mistake. But she did ask me again about whipped cream for my other order, which I actually wanted whipped cream on that one. Also, I didn't care for the consistency of the milkshake. I thought it would be richer/thicker, but it reminded of a Frosty which I don't like.“

Never had a bad meal here. I get the chicken wrap and Parmesan tomato soup, or really anything from specials to menu items. Been good for decades.

Always really good. Normally get the Chicken wrap, tonight was the meatloaf dinner. Really huge and delicious. The wife got the chicken salad sandwich. Another good one. We did the tomato soup also. Great food. A must try in Ghent.“

“We have visited Pizza Twist 3 times and never disappointed. We love the unique flavors and toppings. The pizza was baked just right-hot, cheesy, abundant toppings and to our specifications. We don't like hot spices (they toned it down for us) and it was so flavorful without burning our mouths. We will come back.“

EDIT- My past four meals here have been terrrible. Smaller portions, cold/dry food (that should be hot). I've ordered all my old regulars/favorites and they've all changed. No more pasta salad side dish?! Bogus. Everything changed when the owners daughter (in charge of front of the house) and her husband (was the kitchen mananger) left to open their own place. I used to recommend this place to friends and strangers alike. No longer.“

“They go above and beyond: I joined my book club ladies for dinner last night at Press 626. I have some mobility issues and was advised to take the back steps upon arriving. I was well assisted up the stairs and taken to our table. The servers could not have been more pleasant. When it was time to leave one of the female employees assisted me down the front steps and to my waiting car. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you so much.“

“My wife, our grandson, and myself went to Saltines on Valentine’s Day which is also my wife’s birthday. Reservations at 7;45 and the seating arrangement was perfect. Kyle was our waiter. We could not have gotten a more perfect waiter. Kyle was extremely polite and was very attentive to our needs. The drinks he served were perfect. The food served was above par. He even wished my wife a happy birthday and made sure she had everything she wanted. Kyle is the sort of waiter that you look for and hope for. He was perfect for our little celebration. “Shout out to Alex! I ordered delivery through their third party app. I didn't get my margaritas (and I really needed my margaritas) and my daughter's taco order was incorrect. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“
