Have mercy. Just go somewhere else. There were 3 people in the store. I was the 3rd person. Placed an 8 piece order. Upcharged to all white meat. Mixed. Crispy and original. Took all of 17 minutes to get my order. Got home. Not only was it not mixed chicken. But all were original, 2 breasts, and the rest were wings. Didn't even bother to call or go back. Because the one guy was cursing the lady out. Who took the order. So many businesses are going down the drain.

So we tried the new Chizza chicken pizza and it was trash! The chicken was greasy and the pepperoni was crispy hard like they had burned it. The shredded cheese was just tossed on top of the chicken and not melted. I was NOT impressed. I already had stopped eating KFC years ago when i found out they genetically process their chicken. But my wife was all hyped about the Chizza so i agreed to try it with her. Ugh ?We also bought a lemon Bundt cake and it was dry as hell near the expiration date.So it'll be probably another 15 years before i do KFC again!One good note though... The staff was amazing and friendly and efficient... They just can't put that little something into the food preparation to make you want it! To all my fellow greedy pals... You know exactly what i mean when i say that the food has no love and attention in it!

Sent in an order on the website, website stated it was ready. Website states: go inside and pick up at quick pickup shelf, if lobby is closed, go through drive through.Lobby was closed and followed protocol of going n through drive through. Asked about online order to person working drive through, stated they would come and give me my order. No ETA, no indication that the order had anything additional to wait on.Waiting 5 minutes, I go through the drive through once more asking about the status of my order, teller cops an attitude with me stating “I told you I’ll bring it out to you, however your order isn’t ready yet, we need 10 more minutes.”I asked then why the website said it was ready immediately, stated “I don’t control the website, but unless you give me 2:30 minutes for the rest of your chicken that’s in the frier, I can’t give you your complete order.”Went to say “Thanks for clarifying” but he just cut me off and proceeded to turn off their intercom at the drive through.At this point I just decided to not really care anymore as I got two different times as to what my actual wait time was. The inconsistency of what was actually going on and the tone and delivery was sub-par to say the least.Same guy came out to my car to give me their meal, with an annoyed demeanor, and then proceeded to jump into their friends white Honda accord to I guess hang out for a second.Gave me 7 out of 8 pieces of my chicken order as well, but I was just over it at that point and didn’t want to deal anymore and get back to my family.Professionalism just straight sucks.

I'm sick.and tired of this kfc and I'm calling corporate because it's always something...or should I say nothing. Sunday 12/17/23 no chicken sandwiches @ 7pm then 12/18/23 I approached the drive thru only to get sorry were closed @ 10pm but hours state 11pm. The owner needs to be held accountable, & get your store in order.

Didn't even order anything because the employees couldn't answer a simple question, we tried asking if the chicken had any milk in it due to allergies.. you'd think that's an important thing to know right..? anyways we called multiple times and even went in person, and they ignored me and my friend. It's in the hood anyway. Just skip this location

At the Airline location at 5:00pm. The doors were locked and they told me drive threw only. When I got in line, they said they were having a shift change. I’m still sitting in line after almost 15 minutes for them to take my order. Very rude person being smart. Too bad you can’t find decent people that can serve us in our 60’s and anyone with respect.Vegetarian options: Just green beans

Pulled into the drive through, was greeted, and started to order. Then someone said they're not open (It was within business hours). Haven't been in a while because of customer service issues. Thought I'd give it a chance again. Lesson learned.

I will never eat at the KFC on Airline Blvd again. The most disgusting thing a person can do is take there use gloves and put them in with the customer food. Like what in the world. And then we asked for extra crispy chicken and got original. The fries were cold and nasty. I am scared to pull the Mac and cheese out the bag. Worst service ever and they want folks to pay 30 bucks for their chicken. And when I called to try and complain the line was busy all 5 times I called.

Seems like there is always a hand written not on the door around lunch saying dinning area closed go through drive thru. Ok, cool .. gotta eat in my car!How about giving some napkins for the greasy chicken and how about giving a spoon or folk to enjoy my side dish. I was shocked they put a drinking straw in the bag. All around, curb appeal is horrible. There's trash everywhere and the drive-thru has a large pothole. If you're trying to drive sales down, you're on the right path!
