“I love coming here every morning and being greeted by Elle’s smiling face. She’s always so upbeat, friendly, and positive—it truly sets the tone for my entire day! Elle consistently goes the extra mile to make sure my order is right, and if anything’s off, she goes above and beyond to fix it with care and professionalism.

Clare is amazing too! She has such an outgoing personality, and passion for her job and when she and Elle are working together, it’s like magic. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and making sure everyone feels taken care of.

“The gentleman that top my order was very nice very sweet cares about his customers which that's the way someone should act and be if you want to go to a McDonald's where you get good customer service the food was hot and it was delicious and it was good best McDonald's I've had in a while I think this McDonald's to show the other McDonald's how to actually keep the food hot give it to their customers the right way and be nice to their customers and care about their customers like the gentleman that took my order at McDonald's I don't know if he was a manager or if he was just a worker but if he wasn't a manager they really need to give him a raise and if he was a manager they need to still give him a raise he is a really nice hard-working person and knows how to treat his customers I would definitely come back here again to this McDonald's“

“We ordered a classic cheeseburger pack and the food was spot on, the fries were very hot the cheeseburgers were just right temp also perfect amount of condiments on them, the nuggets on the other hand were slightly cool which ruined the five star rating also the caramel frappe was blended perfectly. We ordered take out.
I would recommend this location.“

“Lol, we come here so often, they know my partner and I the moment we speak at the drive-thru. Bantering with the employees is always fun, and they've never gotten our food wrong once. We typically go through the drive-thru and don't eat in, but the staff is always great.“

“We ordered 1 combo of 2 Cheeseburgers, Medium fries and a medium coke. The other order was 1 Big Mac with extra sauce and small French fries! The 🍟 French fries were received as being under the heat lamp. The employee said we can make it fresh. I said thank you but we didn't have time. I never had time to eat the French fries as they were trashed later on that night! Total order was $18.99 at the Patterson Avenue location.“

“The atmosphere be mad wild sometimes with the conversations and lack of respect for the customers. The service is not pleasant either but Makayla( sorry if I misspelled) and another young lady( gotta find her name because she’s pleasant) has always been polite when I’ve been here or curbside. Kudos to them. Again I will find the other young lady’s name because their attitude is hard to come by when it comes to customer service“
