“Best experience at a McDonald's in a while. They seem to still care. I was offered a cup for water even when I didn't buy a drink and was asked if I needed ketchup or salt for my fries. Other locations could learn from this one. However, it also suffers from the same bland, boring design. I wish McDonald's had some color in their brand again.“
“Typical McDonald's. Predictable menu. Reasonable prices.
We went through the drive thru. Part of our order was missing. I showed the receipt to the girl at the counter. She and her manager IMMEDIATELY provided the missing item and apologized for the oversight. They could not have been more accommodating and polite. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the excellent service, if nothing else.“
“Just ordered food from this location. Very impressed with the back kitchen staff. I could hear the manager loudly giving directions. Not meanly but assertive and confident in what she was doing and her staff was communicating. Everyone had smiles on their faces and everyone was hustling. It’s rare to see that from a McDonald’s these days. Great job and great communication with their team and with me the customer. They checked on me frequently and let me know they were working on it. Excellent job.“
