“I had no idea this location was listed as open at 5:00AM until I went on there website because if your ever at this location at 5:00AM their not open until 5:30-6:00 at the latest so I called and a guy answered and stated they operate 5:00AM unless they are having an issue with staffing. Well, they must have been having issues with staffing for a while because I live in the new housing development right off of JEB Stuart Pkwy and they’re never open until 5:30-6:00AM.
It’s crazy that people can come to work when they feel like it and it’s okay. I’m sure The Corporate Office doesn’t know that they’re opening it later times other than five. I’m pretty sure that they don’t know this, but I’m going to make sure that they know it today.“
“I would love to share this story today, I was craving McDonald’s, and I met a very sweet young man named Maalik he was so patient and helpful with me, it really brightened my day to know we still have people out there who genuinely care about their job.“
“Outstanding service! I came back through the drive-thru because I thought I had accidentally left my credit card with the cashier. The staff was so kind and patient, and the manager even took the time to review and download the security footage to show me that I had actually taken my card back. They treated me with complete professionalism and care throughout the whole situation. Truly above and beyond customer service!“
“Other than the occasional not getting the drink cup on my pickup order because the runner didn't read the items on the ticket attached to the bag and then just walked away, service has been pleasant. The dining room is kept clean along with the restrooms. I can't vouch for the evening as I only get breakfast.“
