“The employees at the drive-thru are great and the food is okay. BUT whoever owns this particular location doesn't stick to their hours. They'll have OPEN on the outside at night, but then you go through the drive-thru and it's not really open because they're only accepting those who ordered on the app or one of the food-delievery companies like DoorDash. If it wasn't for the great experiences I've had through the drive-thru, my rating would be 2 stars instead of 4.“

Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but he was tall with a beard, and he was wearing a neon hat and vest. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! “Overall, it was a good experience. I'm very particular about the cleanliness of a restaurant. I see that an employee was mopping in an area where customers were eating and he did caution tjem, however, I would have waited and blocked off the area for safety reasons. Safety signs were placed but the words were worn out. Overall the customer service was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend they improve on etiquette and safety protocol to keep employee and customers safe. Lastly, why is the logo on the McDonald's cup upside down? Not a good look.“
“This McDonald's is the closest to my office and I visit here often. They are for the most part always busy. But the staff makes sure you are not waiting long. Great option for a quick cheap lunch. My go to when I don't have a lot of time to go out and get lunch.“

Quite busy when I was here but everything was spot on. Both employees and patrons were very kind here. Recommend for a quick online and inside pickup. I can't rate the drive thru or inside ordering, since I haven't used these services.“

They must’ve been short staffed because it took almost 10 mins for this coffee. When we got to the hotel, he tossed out the remaining coffee in the sink. “Yesterday, I downloaded the McDonald's app. I had just used it for the first time dining inside.I don't really eat at McDonald's cause of stomach issues. I ordered a fish meal and requested the fillet to be cooked twice. The team member was very eager to please my request. Later. That day , I picked up my son to join me on a return visit since he uses the app all the time. We were in the drive thru, He was using my McDonald's app to order, and he was using his. I was repeating the order to the drive-thru member as when my son was saying it to me. I had some rewards and was trying to use them. A few wrong items were selected. There was some confusion. The team member was so calm and polite , by that time, I was holding up the line, trying to correct my order . The team member kept a wholesome facial expressionThe manager came to assist and promptly fix the issue. Very professional demeanor. I apologize for the mix-up and hold-up.“
