McDonald's in Richmond

“I come in here all of the time and most of the time I see a girl there named Abrianna. She truly is an awesome manager. Every time I've seen a customer service complaint she always handles it quickly and professionally. I just wanted to give her a shout out since I know she works so hard without recognition.“

“I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s locations in my life and usually I’ve been disappointed but not at this location, I come here for lunch some days around 12 pm and they’re always friendly, fast & efficient. My foods always hot and delicious thank you to the employees who show up and make a difference I don’t know your names but you’re all amazing“

“I ordered 2 mcchickens with chz and they gave me my mcchickens no chz no mayo I and it says it even on sticker on mcchickens Added American cheese, so I went inside nicely asked a Spanish girl to get me some help she literally rolled her eyes and left me standing there with my food ,finally another team leader came to help me I expressed I wasn't angry about the food but to treat a complete stranger and costumer with such disrespect over a simple request on which drive through repeated my order clearly ,is insane but owners of McDonald's do better on hiring employees more respectful 🙏“

“I usually don't have time to write reviews but I just had too. The Lady in the back, in the chair is AMAZING!!! I had to pull into the parking space, to take a call before I ordered my food. I watched the beautiful brown skinned Lady do both sides of the drive thru & she was great. She was polite & so very very fast. Then when I ordered my food, I was greeted w/ a happy "GOOD MORNING". i didn't know what I wanted to eat, it's been so long since I ate breakfast at McDonald's. She assisted me so well & I ended up getting a #10. The steak was cooked to perfection, the grill onions & that creamy sauce, my word is was scrumptious!! The Customer Service & food keep me coming back every day so far, before work. I don't know her name i couldn't read her name tag ( my vision is bad) but whomever is in charge of compliments. Please acknowledge her beautiful spirit & how savvy & fast she is. My name is Beverly Pierce

Vegetarian options: They have egg & cheese on your choice of Biscuit, Muffin, Bagel or McGriddle. My favorite is egg & cheese on a hamburger bun. I also have a choice of round real cracked egg or a folded egg. They let me add the from onions on it as all. I special orderd scramble eggs & cheese on a tortilla. It was delicious!!

Parking: Parking lot was clean. People wasn't hanging outside of the restaurant like I see at some places.

Kid-friendliness: I haven't bought my grandkids yet. But the Happy Meals have plenty of options“

“The woman serving the food at the drive through yesterday was the happiest, most polite McDonalds employee I’ve ever met. I should’ve gotten her name. The person taking the order was great as well. The food was as fresh as could be expected.“

“Huge turnaround for this location! When I first moved to the area, it was a struggle, but lately, they are doing so much better. They haven't messed up my order once, the food always comes out incredibly fresh, and the staff's attitude has completely turned around. It's been a great, positive change!“

“This West Broad McDonald's has awful ratings but I've never experienced anything bad here. My Big Macs and everything are always fresh and delicious! One time an employee recognized me from some viral videos and gave me a free large Big Mac combo. That was a great day. I think these folks are nice and friendly. Keep up the great work!“

“Stopped in for McDonald's. Minor detail when the wrong drink came out. But the manager went above and beyond to make the situation right. A little common courtesy and customer satisfaction. Look is McDonald's I wasn't expecting fine dining. I appreciate the gesture.“

“I met a friend of mine over there for breakfast. The place was pretty clean. You don't get customer service anymore really all you do is sign in on the machine and put your order in. So impersonal I'm not really liking all the self-service Tech stuff they've got going on. It's bad enough they're trying to divide us as people in this nation“

HOWEVER around 1:45 am on Thursday, 10/16 the service was outstanding the guy taking my order at the drive thru was very polite saying thank you and you’re welcome. Then the guy handing me my food asking did I need any condiments after handing me HOT food y’all the cheese was melted on the burger and the fries was hot I almost fainted. I always check my food at any fast food restaurant he saw me checking it and asked was my food to my liking. I said yes sir looks good he said great to hear cause we care about the customers here. Y’all I thought I was at Chick Fil A and after saying thank you I was waiting for my “pleasure” he said you’re welcome. I was shocked 😳 they were so polite and courteous. WOW! 10/10 for me.“
