I could not order food due to the supervisor not wanting to come to the register. The worker mentioned to him something about needing his fingerprint. He yelled at her and said “he needed to finish cooking the food”. Very weird and the place was dirty.
I visited the restaurant through the drive thru. I politely asked for fresh fries and a double cheeseburger. The lady on the speaker asked if I wanted the cheeseburger fresh too. I said yes. Probably a minute or so pass and I was handed my food. I then asked the lady who was not the order person was it fresh and she told me that it was. Mcdonalds franchises are slack ... always out of something ... this one, like the others, is out of items to make shakes, lattes, and frappes ... it's a rarity to find one that can fill that order ... also a rarity to receive cheerful, pleasant customer service ... IMO it's ALWAYS inefficient management ...
