Drive-Thru seemed to move faster than dine-in. Staff seems to struggle with tasks and any requests. Kiosk didn’t print receipt, hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, bathroom soap was empty. I told dining room employee about this, he directed me to two dispensers I hadn’t noticed at kiosks and didn’t see need to fix the empty ones I had tried to use. Came in for a breakfast bagel and it was the best I have ever gotten from a McDonald's. The bagel was soft and still had a crispness to it. I have a new favorite McDonald's.
Inconsistent food quality, but the staff clearly hate either their jobs or their customers, or both. It's as if they're doing you a favor by handing you food you paid. I always say thank you when they hand me my card back back and when they hand me my food, not once has a single employee in this store ever said thank you to me, or even acknowledged my thank you with a "your welcome."
