Recent Reviews
For pickup orders, I'd recommend using the app and signing in from a parking space. They are consistently prompt about getting the food out to you. However, if you pick up from the counter, your food will be cold by the time anyone acknowledges you. I've never seen them use the pickup shelves for orders, so you're at the mercy of someone deciding to help you. It doesn't seem to be anyone's job to do so.

Only got fries and a drink but the fries were hot and the drink was cold with the appropriate amount of sugar in my tea. Ordered online and was ready when I arrived at the drive thru. Polite server.

There was an issue with my online order that caused it to get cancelled without my points being refunded. My order was a sausage biscuit and it was just past breakfast. An employee asked if she could get me something else instead, so I said fries. She gave me a big with fries but also a bunch of other food!! I had no expectations of her even solving the problem the app caused (not her) and yet she went away beyond.
