Did Uber eats so I paid extra fees, delivery, and tip for the driver. I ordered a double burger combo without cheese and with 3pks of bbq sauce. Burger was covered in cheese even though on the bag they gave me, the receipt said no cheese as well as on the app order notes. So I had to leave my house and go down to sonic to get a new order which means I paid for Uber eats for nothing. The manager wasn’t rude or too difficult about getting a new order made but i was very displeased...read full review
Food is over priced, don't even see how they stay in business. Milkshake, not like they used to be, I will stick with cookout. Cookout, you get real peanut butter and real bananas in your milk shake. Had to even go to drive thru, they don't come to you

Placed an order, girl left off part of the order, and didn't offer to fix it. Acted pissed because I asked where the rest of my food was. She did however bring out the sauce, that went with my order, that they didn't "hear" me place. Would not recommend this restaurant, due to their customer service.
