I'm giving them 5 stars even though I don't eat there just because I know Kelsey and she often sounds like she has an attitude. Now get the Holiday Pie off the menu and we'll all find the better angels of our nature.
This West Broad McDonald's has awful ratings but I've never experienced anything bad here. My Big Macs and everything are always fresh and delicious! One time an employee recognized me from some viral videos and gave me a free large Big Mac combo. That was a great day. I think these folks are nice and friendly. Keep up the great work!
The one on hull street may be slow but the food is always hot.
