If I could give a separate five star rating to the two employees inside, I would. They were very friendly and courteous.However, this Einstein Bros. Bagels on West Broad St. in Richmond, Va just barely gets a two star rating.The atmosphere inside is uninspiring and empty. If you’re looking for a coffee shop with a warm, welcoming vibe, this is not it. Watched a lady with glasses, short hair in a pony tail with a collared Einstein shirt make my cold brew shake wrong twice. Also put wayyyy too much syrup in the regular cold brew coffee I ordered and didn’t stir it. I assume she’s a shift lead bc of the collared shirt which is sad. $18 for two incorrectly made drinks.

Stopped in to get an open faced nova lox bagel and was told they don't serve them open face anymore. Wow ok? That's the only thing I order there but ok. Won't be back
