“Most of my issue is with the app. It craps out when I put in my parking spot and I just get a bunch of random characters and then they don't seem to know that I'm out there so I end up having to walk into the store and then after waiting 10 minutes outside and then I have to wait another 10 minutes inside and then I get my food and then it turns out that it's cold as I'm eating my fries driving away. Yes I know that's a long run on sentence.“
“Even if i did have to wait a bit for someone to ask me what I was waiting for. Won't say more because besides that who did finally help me was great even understood me with having no voice... They helped me! I ordered from the app and I ordered a big Mac meal with 6 nuggets for my doggos but what they had was 2 large fries and wasnt even me Idk but the app needs some adjustments to make things go more smoothly and they gave me my order than goodness for electric recipes! Or I would have been out 15 o.O“
“This Midlothian Virginia McDonald's is set apart from the regular franchises. It's in a posh part of town and everything from the outside structure to the environment inside, to the upkeep of the restaurant is amazing. Their maintenance guy is very thorough with his cleanng...the in between the tiles with the grout brush to the steel plates on the bottom of the bathroom doors. Kudos to him during my visit earlier today (July 3rd around 11:45/12ish.“
