“Most of my issue is with the app. It craps out when I put in my parking spot and I just get a bunch of random characters and then they don't seem to know that I'm out there so I end up having to walk into the store and then after waiting 10 minutes outside and then I have to wait another 10 minutes inside and then I get my food and then it turns out that it's cold as I'm eating my fries driving away. Yes I know that's a long run on sentence.“
“One of the reasons I have some back to McDonalds is the o Lin ordering. I always hated screaming into the speaker and having my order repeated incorrectly. I never knew if it was me or them. Now, with online ordering, the stress level of getting your order is far less.
In addition to just ordering, I always look at the “deals” available using the mobile app. And yet another reason McDonald’s is back for me. I rarely dine in - I kicked that habit when Covid hit.“
“This Midlothian Virginia McDonald's is set apart from the regular franchises. It's in a posh part of town and everything from the outside structure to the environment inside, to the upkeep of the restaurant is amazing. Their maintenance guy is very thorough with his cleanng...the in between the tiles with the grout brush to the steel plates on the bottom of the bathroom doors. Kudos to him during my visit earlier today (July 3rd around 11:45/12ish.“
