As I sat and waited for my food I saw several technologically challenged people come into the store and be told that the only way they could order was the kiosk. Hire enough staff to have someone take orders even if you have to pay a little higher wages. I felt sorry for the frustrated customers. I would t come back if I were them.
Really poor service. But I will probably be there again. UPDATE: I went out to McDonald's again and was surprised by the great service by Tanaya Seldon. She took my order and quickly returned with my correct order. Kudos to McDonald'
