“This was a whole different chick-fil-A experience as the restaurant is hidden in an historic building on the fringe of the College of William & Mary. Best part of all though were the people working there. They're experts at empathizing and communicating with college aged students. The place has an entirely different vibe and I felt like I was in a strong community of people who know and care about one another. Oh and the chikn ? was delicious too“

“I had the best customer service from one of the members here named “CASSIDY”. She was very polite and helpful when it came to how to order and what is the best options on the menu. She was very polite when I was having difficulties with the pesto and help me by telling me to shake the pesto mixture. Over all I have been coming to this restaurant for 4 years and I think she has been the most helpful and kind employee I have met. I will definitely be coming back.

“Don't get me wrong about the four stars for the food instead of five Taco Bell is what it is. My girlfriend always has a complicated order and this Taco Bell gets it right every time.

“I was fed up with the Wendy’s on Richmond Road, so we decided to try the one on Monticello Road—and let me tell you, this location is a game-changer! The team here is amazing: super friendly, attentive, and they actually make your order exactly the way you want it.

Unlike other places, where you might have to deal with mistakes or attitudes, this Wendy’s gets it right every time. Their sandwiches are always fresh, and they take care of the little details, like leaving off mayonnaise or ketchup if you request it. That kind of attention really makes a difference.

One time, I had an issue with the mobile app. I had money loaded in it but couldn’t pay because the app wasn’t working. The staff went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot it, and when nothing worked, they didn’t even charge me! That level of customer service is rare these days.

If you’re looking for a Wendy’s that delivers on quality, friendliness, and fresh food, Monticello Road is the one to go to. Highly recommended !“

“The staff was patient with me as I gathered the order for my family of six. The food was hot and served fast! I was very happy with the amount of food for the price I paid. I tried the cheese curds for the first time - 👩‍🍳 💋! It was a little too noisy for my liking but overall was a great experience.“

“We went there last night a little after 9 not sure what to expect, worried we wouldn’t have good food or service since it was close to closing time but we were immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile by Kaz. We had the best experience and great fresh food! Kaz is the picture of great customer service and I haven’t seen such service in a long time! Awesome job Kaz and crew on 12/29/21! “I stopped in for a Hardee's breakfast biscuit. The homemade biscuit did not disappoint. The biscuit was exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing. They were extremely busy which ment the dinning room had some cleanliness issues. Otherwise, Hardee's delivered another great breakfast.“

“I went inside to order my food, and I still had missing items in my order. They forgot 1 burger and the sauces for my kids' nuggets. I only go to McDonald's once in a while, it would be nice to know that my money/time isn't wasted.

Parking: This inside a small shopping center there is parking spaces near McDonald's or you can park in the shopping center.“

“Is it a Michelin restaurant? No. Did it greatly exceed my expectations? Yes. I ate here four or five times and was very satisfied each time. Easy to find healthy options. The food was quality and had great flavor. I particularly liked the sautéed green beans (a side with one of the specials), the NY strip with risotto and greens and the chicken wings with old bay.Also, the staff were absolutely terrific.
