“In my opinion, Papa Johns is the best take-out pizza chain. I have always found these pizzas to be made better than most other Papa Johns locations. I placed an online order for a specific pickup time, but arrived early. The staff here saw this and made my pizzas fresh such that I did not have to keep waiting. As I had my baby son with me, they even offered to carry my order to my car.“

“One of our favorite things about the Hayes Pizza Hut is our delivery driver, Bobby. He is great! Always gets our order to us piping hot and always has a smile and a great attitude! These days, good customer service is a rarity so we are very thankful when he brings our order. “Great dinner and company. The dining room was pleasantly clean and the ambient music not overbearing as some places are. The staff was helpful and made a great suggestion of something to try based on what else we ordered, showing attention to the customer at hand, not a generic 'try this new menu item'. Very pleased. “We love coming to this Chick-fil-A location! The indoor play place is a big hit with my kids—they always have a blast. The food is consistently great, and the service is excellent. We've never had a single issue here.

I especially appreciate that they provide Purell wipes, which makes it easy to wipe my kids down after they’re done playing. Whether we’re dining in or using the drive-thru, everything is always fast and efficient. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone!

“I had to wait a while for my food but it was worth it. The chicken tenders were really hot so they were obviously freshly cooked. The only downside to that is that the chicken was significantly fresher than the fries. The staff was very nice and it was a smooth transaction. I didn’t mind waiting and liked that I didn’t have to drive away from the window to wait. I would recommend this location. They also weren’t stingy with the napkins so that’s always appreciated!“

“This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. “I travel all over the United States and this by far is the very best Taco Bell I've had the pleasure of eating at. Food was fresh, the place was clean and the service was impeccably kind and efficient. Thank you for the wonderful Taco Bell dinner. Give those employees a raise.

Kid-friendliness: The music was definitely of the highest quality. I didn't know that Taco Bell's music channel played Slipknot.

“They forgot my straws and bbq sauce. I didn't notice until I was too fat away to go back. You would think that if you have someone 2 drinks that straws is an automatic item to follow. And when they ask you what king of sauce you want and you tell them bbq that they put it in the bag. Food was good and it was still warm when we ate it.“

“I went thru the drive thru this am and had the most pleasant experience. The young man in the red shirt at the window who took my money was just so polite and friendly! I even said to him you must have worked at chick fil a cause you have the best manners lol he said no ma'am and thanked me. when I left I thought I would call the manager and let her know how lucky they were to have this young man work for them. I called three times and asked for the manager and all three times I was hung up on by a female who answered. That pissed me off!
