“We came all the way from portsmouth to Newport news to get there chicken... I brought a friend so he could get livers, gizzards, some sides and of course chicken... we went through the drive thru... it was VERY HARD to understand anything, because it was loud, crackling, and distorted... we paid for the meal and instructed to pull up and they'll bring it out... the parking lot has no constructive parking.. people park everywhere and every kind of way... people waiting for there food order, others just pull up and block in everybody... I asked this one lady if she would move her car a littleand not block the only exit we had to get out the parking lot... she looks at me and asked did I have my food yet, I said not yet, said I'll move it when you get your food until then it's alright... RUDE, SELF-CENTERED woman... now we all were trapped until got her food... the lady brought the food to my vehicle was super nice, and super friendly! Now we waited.. two trucks went off went over the curve which made an opening for me to do the same... I did not eat any of the food, I only experienced the service and stmosphere“

“I haven’t ordered here, but someone hacked my account and put their order on my card. I placed a call and the nice person on the phone said he’d cancel it for me. I asked him to please tell the thief to screw off on my behalf. 10/10 customer service“

“I've used the drive-thru at this location several times and love the ability to customize the order online prior to arriving. I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. For example, I had the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme fresco with pico de gallo and guacamole -- delicious.“

“My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

“Ok yes it's another fast food place. However every time I have a chance I drive thru for a sausage basket ok 2, always hot fresh and fast. I have not tried other menu items as I typically avoid fast food I'm thinking this is actually good food fast. Give it a try and see if I'm wrong.“

“The Older Cashier has a great heart and a wonderful spirit. She is very helpful and allowed me to use me reusable cup to cool down after purchasing a cup of noodles that I never tried before. It was ultimately for my sinuses so all in all win win win lol“

“Got there at about 1030 and left at around 1110. You have to understand the foods good. Portions aren't head sized burgers. You're getting a nice burger that is quality over quantity. It wasn't packed with people which is good. We waited about 20 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait honestly. If you're not pressed for time, take a moment and have a nice burger. Tastes better than most of the other places around here. Staff was great too. If you want good food it takes time to make. This place isn't McDonald's microwave drive through.“

“Chain restaurant featuring meat sandwiches. Ordered and paid for selections from a large menu board. Pick your own seating in dining room, as well as gathering your own condiments and accessories. Our party of 2 selected multiple roast beef sadwiches, each with thinky sliced roast beef. Sandwiches were well assembled, wrapped and were delicious Music in dining room is too loud. Very quick and efficient lunch“

“While on a roadtrip, my family stopped at this Hardee’s location. It was our first time eating at Hardees. We had a wonderful experience due to the exemplary customer service we received from the young man who took our orders and prepared our food. He went the extra mile to give my brother in law more information about the NASCAR promo, which was greatly appreciated. I wish I had caught the person’s name who helped us, he wore glasses and a cool necklace. He is so kind and helpful!“

I did not get any pictures because I was picking up a big catering order for work for about 230 people. I’m a not even a big fan of chick-fil-a, I will always choose something else. But they do have AMAZING service. I called the day before to ask if everything was on track with my order, and ask when I should park and all to pickup. I parked where they said and then went inside. A man asked me to back my car up to where their back door was and they’d bring the food out to my car. And they did! I didn’t even want them to load it into the car, I had to play a small game of Tetris to make everything fit anyway. But they were so nice, and super helpful. And I don’t always get that with my catering orders for work. So it is very much appreciated! Even though I’m not a fan, Chick-Fil-A will always have me as a customer, at least to grab my husband some food 🤣☠️

“Every time we come to this Subway, it just feels easy and familiar. I usually order for my mom, my son, and myself, and it’s always a good experience. My son is 10 and loves coming here—he gets so excited to order his own sub and always asks for his two chocolate chip cookies (non-negotiable 😂).
The staff are seriously great. They’re friendly, respectful, and they actually remember my son’s order since he gets the same thing every time. He feels like a regular, and he loves that. He likes this location so much that if someone takes him to a different Subway, he’s genuinely upset.
If you’re craving a sub or anything else on the menu, I’d definitely recommend this spot. Good food, good people, and a place that keeps my kid happy—can’t beat that. 🥪😊“
