She explained everything on the menu, gave suggestions, and was very patient with me. She was so nice and helpful the entire time. Customer service like that is hard to find, and because of her I’ll definitely be coming back“

“I've used the drive-thru at this location several times and love the ability to customize the order online prior to arriving. I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. For example, I had the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme fresco with pico de gallo and guacamole -- delicious.“

“I been hearing about this place for years. So I tried the gizzard dinner with fries. The gizzards was great the fries tasted freezer burnt. They could include the drink with the dinner but it was separate. Total was $12. They drive thru is a little different they bring the order out to you.“

“Ok yes it's another fast food place. However every time I have a chance I drive thru for a sausage basket ok 2, always hot fresh and fast. I have not tried other menu items as I typically avoid fast food I'm thinking this is actually good food fast. Give it a try and see if I'm wrong.“

“My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

“Chain restaurant featuring meat sandwiches. Ordered and paid for selections from a large menu board. Pick your own seating in dining room, as well as gathering your own condiments and accessories. Our party of 2 selected multiple roast beef sadwiches, each with thinky sliced roast beef. Sandwiches were well assembled, wrapped and were delicious Music in dining room is too loud. Very quick and efficient lunch“

Last time everything was fresh but burger bread was so hard and it was cold couldn't eat it .when I called was placed on hold with a greeting until I hung up 12mins of waiting“

I did not get any pictures because I was picking up a big catering order for work for about 230 people. I’m a not even a big fan of chick-fil-a, I will always choose something else. But they do have AMAZING service. I called the day before to ask if everything was on track with my order, and ask when I should park and all to pickup. I parked where they said and then went inside. A man asked me to back my car up to where their back door was and they’d bring the food out to my car. And they did! I didn’t even want them to load it into the car, I had to play a small game of Tetris to make everything fit anyway. But they were so nice, and super helpful. And I don’t always get that with my catering orders for work. So it is very much appreciated! Even though I’m not a fan, Chick-Fil-A will always have me as a customer, at least to grab my husband some food 🤣☠️

“The food is generally good for what it is; essentially ballpark food. The milkshakes are probably the best thing on their menu and they have many options. Overall, the customer service is good.......but their drive thru speaker is horrendous. It's extremely loud to where you have to cover your ears, they can barely hear you even when yelling back into it, and the overall experience makes you regret your decision to use the drive thru. It actually borderline makes you irritated having a speaker well over 100db in your ear and you have to keep repeating yourself because the quality on the receiving end is obviously just as terrible.“

“The chicken at this place is really good, usually these places are not taken care of very well and have really old stale food. The people that work at this one obviously take more care and pride in their job and I'm thankful for that. I would eat here again if I was in the area.“

“Been meaning to try this place and today was the day. Order at one of the kiosks, take a number sign to your table, and boom, food is delivered hot & fresh. Maybe a tich overpriced, but it certainly beats Mickey D next door. The interior is very clean and there's a good number of seats available. One of the better options for 'fast food.'“

“Hardee's off Denbigh Boulevard provided one of the best customer service experience. They honored me with a smile and allowed me to have their signature biscuit placed in a container to go. I am grateful for feeling welcomed in the establishment.“
