Always a delight at any location. Back in High School I worked at the one in the King of Prussia mall. Something have not changed. This location is right in front of the food court. The staff is nice and they work hard. They do their best to deliver freshness. I always get an original with a cheese dip and a lemony to wash it all down. I love it when there is some brown crispy goodness on the bottom of the pretzel made by the salt solution they dip it in before going on the oven....read full review
For most of my Yelp reviews, they have been for local spots either for dine-in or takeout. But occasionally, I'll order food from franchises. With this place, it was two recent orders via delivery through DoorDash which arrived on schedule. Lets dig in! For both orders, I picked the pretzel bites in the regular size with honey mustard for dipping. Pretzel was nice and large! I loved that it wasn't hard or overcooked. I got the original salted pretzel which was good but it was too buttery. My hands were covered in butter and it was so buttery you could literally taste just the butter in some spots. I will try the cinnamon sugar one next time! Staff was really friendly and seemed to enjoy their job! Location is so convenient in the mall too! Not too far from the food court!
