The lady's running this station worked had it spot on fast and fresh truely enjoyed satisfying my sweet tooth :) great part about this is it is right across from Santa photos

I went to Cinnabon because I had a Bogo coupon and I wasn't real impressed. When I approached the counter the employees were in this little corner just talking before placing my order. The food didn't taste like Cinnabon quality food. I had gotten center of the cinnamon roll and they didn't taste fresh. It tasted like they have been sitting there for a while.

Absolutely poorly run location. I made an order online for pick-up the day prior but, they did not have my order ready. Instead of the ready-to-eat rolls, they charged me for a box of heat-and-serve rolls at the counter since they didn't have my order.The cashier claimed to have refunded my online and handed me some tiny slip of paper that looks like some sort of authorization slip. Already late, I took the rolls and the "refund receipt".It took TWO WEEKS, to get my money...read full review
