Not a good CINNABON! Most of the promises that CINNABON makes are not followed here.1. Always hot, baked every 30 minutes. Nope.2. It hardly any icing or ewy gooey cinnamon sludge found anywhere. The driest CINNABON I've ever had.A little Debbie honey bun is way more delicious than this mission.

I went to Cinnabon because I had a Bogo coupon and I wasn't real impressed. When I approached the counter the employees were in this little corner just talking before placing my order. The food didn't taste like Cinnabon quality food. I had gotten center of the cinnamon roll and they didn't taste fresh. It tasted like they have been sitting there for a while.

Absolutely poorly run location. I made an order online for pick-up the day prior but, they did not have my order ready. Instead of the ready-to-eat rolls, they charged me for a box of heat-and-serve rolls at the counter since they didn't have my order.The cashier claimed to have refunded my online and handed me some tiny slip of paper that looks like some sort of authorization slip. Already late, I took the rolls and the "refund receipt".It took TWO WEEKS, to get my money back. And that was after 3 phone calls and me PHYSICALLY going back to the location to inquire why my refund hadn't been processed.All around unprofessional and poorly managed location.

Refused to sell me fresh 9 count of minis for the correct price that was listed on the board. They would only sell them at $5 a piece because there was a line of people behind me and they didn't plan accordingly for it being a Sunday at the mall.
