Rice was overcooked and mushy. Chips weren't fried all the way I'd say 1/4 were were still flimsy. I don't generally eat at this location because the food quality is usually poor. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at any other tex mex place around here.
If you hate your job then quit. Don't take it out on a couple of teenagers. You treated them bad from the moment they walked it. So much so my daughter decided to not order anything. Now what you don't realize is she has a credit card and trust me she knows how to use it. She knows how to order and knows how to tip. Awful experience. Went in around 8pm on a Thursday night to pick up our online order. We arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time and they hadn’t started making it yet. They ran out of queso, chips, lettuce, and guac with no plans to make more?? The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful with getting a refund (had to do it via the app). Also they refused to take walkin customers and turned people away, telling them to order online. Won’t be back!!
