Typical Chipotle attached to the Patrick Henry Mall. There's no mall entrance so you have to enter from outside. Service was friendly but a bit slow. The lobby was a mess, probably due to staff shortage. Overall, not bad.

Chipotle is usually an in and out restaurant, in that there are never any issues with ordering and leaving out with your food.

The dat we visited, they were understaffed and things looked chaotic and unclean.

The team did great and took good care of me, the restaurant looked great as well. very clean, everyone in the staff worked perfectly tonight, very helpful knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Management should be proud
