“So finally a McDonalds with great customer service. Went in to pick up mobile order that I was supposed to get at drive through and attendant politely explained to me that that was meant for drive through but still gave me my meal and was very nice. Thank you.“

“just had to share. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. Thank you Jacob, You made our day. <3“

“This is my first time here and I have to say was pleasant surprise! Everything seems to be fresh to order. I ordered the 3 finger combo. It’s comes with 3 fingers, fries, Texas toast and a drink. Not bad for $10. The staff was nice and inviting. I would come back“

“I had to wait a while for my food but it was worth it. The chicken tenders were really hot so they were obviously freshly cooked. The only downside to that is that the chicken was significantly fresher than the fries. The staff was very nice and it was a smooth transaction. I didn’t mind waiting and liked that I didn’t have to drive away from the window to wait. I would recommend this location. They also weren’t stingy with the napkins so that’s always appreciated!“

“It's not the restaurant's fault that the property it was bought on and built on was/is surrounded by some pretty less-than-impressive exterior decor (the blacktop/asphalt/surface of the drive-thru and building appearance overall). It's not like it's a thing that weighs heavily in a review of a drive-thru order.
The food has been fantastic to the point that I felt it only fair I leave a perfect review as a result. Please keep this level of quality up. I won't go anywhere else for fast food in Gloucester if you keep this up. 😀“

I dont know what they are slipping into these doritos locos taco supremes from this joint but i crave them 24/7. And heres the best part. They aint never gone skimp ever. “This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. Plus Hardee's has new crinkle fries that are really good.Only negative was we practically had to lift our legs up for the guy mopping the floor lol...........lot's of invasion of space lol.“

“They forgot my straws and bbq sauce. I didn't notice until I was too fat away to go back. You would think that if you have someone 2 drinks that straws is an automatic item to follow. And when they ask you what king of sauce you want and you tell them bbq that they put it in the bag. Food was good and it was still warm when we ate it.“

“They did have to make the food for my kids twice but they were super busy at the time and my kids are picky and have to special order everything. Personally I don't like the special ordering of stuff but at the end of the day I am buying this from you so I should be able to get it the way I want it especially if I am willing to pay the up charges to make changes. But this is now my local Taco Bell and it is a good one, the food is good and the service is good considering the decline in fast food service you find nowadays this taco bell has great service lol. But alas it is just a taco bell when you want that fake Mexican food that isn't anything like Mexican food but you just want something in a crunchy shell or a flour wrap it is a good option.“

“Some employees are respectful & friendly others are rude & sarcastic. Not a variety of pleasant music. Milkshakes are great, fried Mac balls, roast beef sandwiches, chicken salad sandwich are all good. They have done like other restaurants smaller product too high prices. GREED IS RUNNING RAMPID AMONGST FAST FOOD PLACES. ?“

“As far as places I go to and places I've been as of late, this is one place I have no complaints about, the people that you do interact with are friendly, don't keep you waiting beyond what is to be expected, and the food is actually better than 90 percent of places surrounding it, I give the employees and food five stars, the atmosphere is whatever it is in your car as it's a drive up/walk up establishment with no inside dining.“

“I have made two trips to this location recently and both times had some of the best service! The employees smile, get your order right, and make sure everything good before your leave. Funny to feel good about getting great service when it their entire job. In today's world of bad fast food service, this Hardee's location shines brightly, my hats off to the staff and management alike.“

Kid-friendliness: They are so friendly with kids the cashier ask if she can give a auntie annes tattoo sticker to my 5 years old and 12 years old grandkids. And my grandkids was so happy.“

“Great dinner and company. The dining room was pleasantly clean and the ambient music not overbearing as some places are. “This is literally the only Pizza Hut in Newport News that I would go to! The rest of them I have no clue why they're so nasty or the food tastes gross... But this Pizza Hut is literally the only Pizza Hut that cooks the orders right... And they are nice and the food is always fresh and delicious. I don't understand why other Pizza huts can't do the same thing... I'm always willing to make the drive for this Pizza Hut lol“

The place is clean, the service fast and courteous. I wasn't told about the 2 for $5 deals ?. I'm a hungry guy, I'd have eaten 2 biscuits! Bottled water costs an extra $1.

“If I could give this Taco Bell 10 stars I would! I always come after my night shift to get dinner for my family so it is a larger order. Every time I come they are so courteous and fast! I always feel bad about how big the order is, but they make it quick and good! The ladies that work are freaking fantastic and deserve a raise.“

“I went thru the drive thru this am and had the most pleasant experience. The young man in the red shirt at the window who took my money was just so polite and friendly! I even said to him you must have worked at chick fil a cause you have the best manners lol he said no ma'am and thanked me. when I left I thought I would call the manager and let her know how lucky they were to have this young man work for them. I called three times and asked for the manager and all three times I was hung up on by a female who answered. That pissed me off! Here I am trying to call and praise the place and I get hung up on THREE times. That's just pathetic and makes me think yall are trifling and need to learn from the drive thru kid!!“
