Got the chicken wrap before in Newport News and it was awesome. Went to Hayes and theirs lacked chicken, lacked sauce and the tortilla was stale on the edges. Plus the tea was terrible, dark, bitter. Was very surprised about this from a Wendys. Called for manager to discuss. She said come back in for a courtesy wrap. Went in next day and the only improvement was the bread was not stale. Went through the driver through. The guy was super nice and patient with our large order. Food was fresh!! And fast!! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant it was yummy minus someone's blonde piece of hair. Obrrall customer service here is always impeccable

The staff arr always so well trained and good at their jobs. The order is correct every time. Food comes out fast. Fries are always so over salted that I have to scrape it off to eat them, but my wife doesn't seem to mind, so maybe that's just me.
