I had not been to this particular location in years, but decided to stop by today. My experience was completely different from the numerous bad reviews I saw. I placed an order in the restaurant for takeout, from what I could see the restaurant looked clean and generally well kept. The service was ok, they completed my order quickly, but otherwise did not really interact with me. They could do better to at least say thank you, have a nice day.
