I ordered a Bacon Jr. Whopper. It is usually my favorite, but the burger wasn't even warm. I tried calling the phone to rate my experience to complain,but they want you to go online. I tried to call the location where I got the burger, but their phone was out of order. I like Burger King, and I usually have no problems, but not that day. Technically, they do not even deserve a one-star rating.I returned to this location and ordered a Jr. Whopper with bacon/ no cheese combo....read full review

Ordered pickup and had great service. George was friendly and helpful, even going so far as to predict my need for a drink carrier and offering it before making sure I had all the condiments I wanted. Great location.

I have visited this store several times since last year. Honestly sometimes very disappointed, sometimes soso, but today everything was very satisfying!! the cashier was pleasant and did his job fast and confident. The manager is always doing his job professionally and perfectly.
