We went though the drive thru just now and the people were so rude and acted super rude when I switched my drink at the window. And then didn’t give us a receipt. I would’ve submitted a review there as well.

I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!I’m always at this Burger King and tonight did it !I gave the guy one of the whoppers back because I wasn’t suppose to get mayo so they re did it for me .. as I’m leaving I’m checking the burger.. they didn’t put cheese OR ONIONS on it so I went inside to tell them I don’t have cheese… instantly they all catch a attitude I mean RIGHT IN MY FACE !As I’m walking out the manager !!! That sees me alllllll the time when I come there always having good conversation etc going to say .. did she have cheese on that last whopper .. YES ! I did ! Why do you think I’m lying ! Reprint my receipt or ask to see it ! I paid extra for cheese ! Upsize my fries.:OH ! And on top of that ! I paid for sauces ! I did not even RECEIVE !!!!!!!!!YALL WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN!

I ordered a Bacon Jr. Whopper. It is usually my favorite, but the burger wasn't even warm. I tried calling the phone to rate my experience to complain,but they want you to go online. I tried to call the location where I got the burger, but their phone was out of order. I like Burger King, and I usually have no problems, but not that day. Technically, they do not even deserve a one-star rating.I returned to this location and ordered a Jr. Whopper with bacon/ no cheese combo. It was a 100%+ improvement. They deserved five star or better!!! (Under new management) The burger and french fries were fresh, hot, and delicious. Yum-yum. I will be back!

Ordered pickup and had great service. George was friendly and helpful, even going so far as to predict my need for a drink carrier and offering it before making sure I had all the condiments I wanted. Great location.

The food was good. The service was mostly good. However I do feel sorry for the employees here the manager on duty was really short tempered.

It's a burger ? place. Sandwich was good, but could have been hotter. All in All a reasonable value for your money.
Brought my children into this location to grab a late lunch. (Their was no cars in the parking lot and only one in the drive thru I thought dinning in would be a pleasant experience) the play ground is closed so that was kind of a bummer but no sweat of that my kids were okay with that. The part I’m here for is the staff ignored me for 3-5 minutes, after just standing at the register someone finally acknowledged me telling me “someone would be with me in a minute”. Which I wasn’t in a rush so this was fine for the another 5 or so minutes after that, until the staff was very loudly talking negatively about an other staff member and continued to ignore me. Instead of engaging with me the what I believe store manager or store lead just continued to talk with other employees, very clearly had a negative attitude about being a work at on one dropped a bag on the floor loudly huffing and puffing about this very minor incident so I decided to leave I don’t want my children in this kind of nasty and hostile environment. I get having a bad day like everyone else. But my many years in the service industry I wouldn’t have tolerated this kind of poor behavior and poor service to a customer I will not be back!!I drove hopped over to chick fil a, I was greeted timely with a pleasant demeanor and was able to enjoy a hot meal where my children could play on a playground. Thanks to chick fil a for saving the day.

The food is nearly inedible. The burger is dry and way too much ketchup and mayo to compensate. Overall, the bacon and cheese whopper lacks flavor. The fries have no salt and are boring.
