The restaurant is fast food with clean bathrooms and tables. Customer service varies: some workers are kind, friendly, and enjoy doing their work, while one manager does not have good customer service, does not smile or greet, and seems to be in a bad mood. At this particular Hardee's in Grafton, the only good meal is breakfast, but it can be hit or miss. Lunch and dinner can be very slow. One cashier was pleasant and happy, but a cook named Valerie was the problem because she takes her time fixing orders and was not pleasant. The drive thru had to park every car, and a customer waited 20 minutes or more. Food is very well priced, and the quality of breakfast food was way better than ihop. Love Hardee's food, but the fries were not hot. Vegetarian options: all sandwiches can have the meat removed.
