“I am a frequent flyer here, and unfortunately, the food is always good. The service leaves something more to be desired. Almost every other visit, I go inside anyway because they forgot something or something was not made correctly. Honestly, this issue didn't start until the last few months. Maybe they have some new people in the drive-thru, I don't know. If they can get this issue under control, it's a great place to eat. Even with the problem, the employees are usually amiable; I've only had a complaint about the way I was spoken to once. Overall, it's a great little spot to get a quick bite. Thanks for the excellent food and the friendly atmosphere!“
“This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. Plus Hardee's has new crinkle fries that are really good.Only negative was we practically had to lift our legs up for the guy mopping the floor lol...........lot's of invasion of space lol.“

“We had the fried shrimp with steamed broccoli, which was amazing, and the fried clam strips, which are breaded there. They are delicious!!!!! The rum runners are one of their signature drinks and they are so tasty!!! The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend!!!!!“
“4.7⭐️My husband wanted a burger, I wanted a gyro.We both ended up with the traditional gyro pita combos, and both of us were stuffed! I didn’t think it would be enough food, but it definitely was, and it was very good. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good gyros. Maybe I’ll try the salad next time ? Update: tried the Greek gyro salad and man it was good!!!Update: We finally got the Greek salad and man was it worth it! “Tough call on this one. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry and had time to wait. And wait. And wait. Front end guy was up-front (ha-ha) that he was short on staff and there was a language barrier and experience challenge with the cookstaff that he had to constantly oversee. After 10 minutes of the expected 15 minute wait we were informed one of the ingredients was not available for two of the orders. After changing the order it was close to another 20 minute wait for the food to arrive. I must say the other two 'specialty burger' orders, while pretty expensive, looked amazing. My companions said they tasted that way, as well. I had the combo, which was a single patty cheeseburger with fixings and fries. The fries were the star of that show. Tasty, hot, and plentiful. The burger was better than typical fast food, but a little short on meat for a specialty burger joint. Throughout the long wait the guy running both ends of the operation was friendly and very apologetic of the delays. Overall, not the greatest experience and on the high price end for burgers. On a different day it may have left a more positive impression.“

“This is our new favorite family owned restaurant for breakfast/brunch. Ever since the diner close to our home closed down, we’ve had trouble finding another place that we love. 134 Grille is our new place now. They great food and service. When they served me real butter, I knew they care about quality. The bacon is very good, not cheap stuff served in other diners, same with the sausage. I always ask for breakfast potatoes to be well done, and they get them perfect, nice and caramelized. The restaurant is small, so you may have to wait if they’re busy, but they are totally worth it!“

Everyone was nice, but it's hard to get a beverage because there is limited beverage people roaming around.One negative, I had my service dog with me with his patches and ID, I answered the 1st security guards question about him, then the 2nd, and the 3rd. Dumpling says it was a fabulous meal with some of the best beer cheese Mac he has ever had. The consistency, creaminess, and crusty baked top had him over the moon ?. His Holy Hen sandwich leaves us clucking their praises. We are both big fans of the white bbq sauce they put on top. When they sent out the wrong side with Burrito’s burger, they let us keep it to much on while they made the onion rings that had been ordered. Then they gave us a shareable onion rings versus just a side. This is exactly what we are looking for in gold star customer service. “I would give this place 5 stars, they just opened and there’s a lot of pluses! Friendly staff, convenient location, delicious treats! Our only issue has nothing to do with the food or people, it’s the parking lot. We parked, walked in to get ice cream, and tried to leave but got trapped in by the long line. Careful where you park! People will just keep adding to the line. I can see this being a bigger issue during the summer which is why I chose to bring it up now. Worth fixing before then! Also please add an Orange Julius if it’s possible!“

“Visited this place 4x, tried the turkey burger twice and the fish sandwich twice, had chicken chili, the food is always delicious. Only had one bad experience, went there at about 10pm and wasn't aware that the smoking area was closed as the gentleman told me I can sit anywhere, which I set in the smoking area, noone did not come over, even though the waitress was bussing the table next to where I was sitting and never acknowledged anything. So I called them on the phone and asked if I could have my order taken since I had been waiting for half an hour. When the bar maid and waitress came out the bar maid was rude about the situation, however the waitress did customer service recovery and was very professional, other than that isolated incident, can't dispute the food being excellent! I will visit again and recommend!“

“I wanted wings so bad and I've was tired of the regular places around the area... decided to try craven wing out because I go to the shops next door often. And I wish I tried them earlier!! The fires are crinkle fries, they are fresh and not greasy! The wings... oh my! I'm so used to sauce covered dripping and unable to finish them because there's more sauce than wings... NOT IN THIS CASE! The wings was cooked to perfection, no pink/blood! The sauce was glazed beautifully l on them and not over powering! I am a fan! I will forever use crave wing as my wing stop!“
“I ordered food to be delivered. The order was promptly made and quickly arrived. The fries are cooked perfectly, not a fan of the ranch at all. The burger was great with fresh ingredients. I wish there was more of a description of the food in the app because I didn’t know it came with tomatoes. The mozzarella sticks are crispy and fat with cheese! Not a fan of the marina sauce, a bit too watery for me. Next time I will try their pizza.“
