Nothing worse than being hungry, then disappointed with the food item(s) on e you sit down to eat...The food wrapper was totally greasy...It definitely was not a freshly wrapped whopper sandwich.I was disappointed because I didn't find this out until I got home..., too far to go back for a replacement burger.
usually I'm there once or twice a week, and it's pretty good. I usualy go large, nice hot ff, good burger, nice, but today it was not good, I ordered large got half the ff, less than regular, burger almost cold, need less to say, I won't be there for awhile. was terrible!!!!

As I pulled in the parking lot I order my food on the app. As soon as my son and I walked into the door we were friendly greeted by the young gentleman bagging up the orders. He had great customer service representing BK. The store and parking area was clean. I was happy to see positive attitude and great customer service. I didn't get his name but thank you. The food was hot and fresh. We had a great experience!
