“Stopped here for quick lunch. Good selection of seafood with many options ( fried, steamed, etc). Fried shrimp and fish were well prepared. Staff were patient explaining options. One star deducted for charging .25 for cup of water -- neither menu or staff mention that. Really? It's the South, who charges for water??”

“I ordered food to be delivered. The order was promptly made and quickly arrived. The fries are cooked perfectly, not a fan of the ranch at all. The burger was great with fresh ingredients. I wish there was more of a description of the food in the app because I didn’t know it came with tomatoes. The mozzarella sticks are crispy and fat with cheese! Not a fan of the marina sauce, a bit too watery for me. Next time I will try their pizza.”

“I am a frequent flyer here, and unfortunately, the food is always good. The service leaves something more to be desired. Almost every other visit, I go inside anyway because they forgot something or something was not made correctly. Honestly, this issue didn't start until the last few months. Maybe they have some new people in the drive-thru, I don't know. If they can get this issue under control, it's a great place to eat. Even with the problem, the employees are usually amiable; I've only had a complaint about the way I was spoken to once. Overall, it's a great little spot to get a quick bite. Thanks for the excellent food and the friendly atmosphere!”

“This taco bell is the best taco bell, no....the best fast food restaurant ever, hands down. I dont know what they are slipping into these doritos locos taco supremes from this joint but i crave them 24/7. And heres the best part. They aint never gone skimp ever. In fact they load these beast tacos up everytime. Plus they taste so darn good. Its the best quality dorito taco you will find.”

“So, so, so good!! Definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Newport News, VA. I'm vegan and they always have special fridges whipped up in the back for me when I eat there. The drinks are divine and the personable, attentive service is top notch. Just make sure you have a reservation and make it in advance if you want to dine here, you won't be disappointed!!”

“Definitely coming back here again, love the vibe of the place, good food, fast and friendly service. Everything was flavorful and filling. The Kimbap is the best for sure. I honestly love the menu scan option because it eliminates paper waste, and for people like me that have anxiety I don't always like to talk to waiters so it's convenient to just order and pay for your food online in my opinion. Y'all got a customer for life.”

“My wife found this place we tried it and absolutely love the service here. We go back weekly for their brown sugar fresh milk and fill it with tapioca pearls. Our kids enjoy the strawberry fresh milk with ice cream and our daughter tried the egg waffle with ice cream and it was delicious. The kids tried their macaroons for the first time and were just as good and the kids loved them.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk, almond milk”

“Had my MIL birthday dinner. Service (Samantha) was excellent and on point. Drinks were good. Food was absolutely amazing. And desserts were over the top. (Don't miss the creme brulee) We all enjoyed the steaks, salmon,scallops and chicken. Cannot recommend chef Kyle and his staff enough.”

“Cannot recommend enough! This shop is BEAUTIFUL. If you're a plant guru than you will be so pleased with the ambiance. I went the other day for my first time and the staff were sooo sweet. I believe there were new hires being trained and the trainer was so patient and kind with them. I didn't get to try and pastries which I was bummed about but the food sounded great. I got a white chocolate iced coffee that was delish. I will most definitely be back!”

“We were driving back home from a Sunday wander and found Francos in a quiet strip mall. (We had spotted the Subway first, but I'm about trying local places. )The place is smallish, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is super friendly. Typical pizza place/Italian sandwich shop. We were happy to see pizza by the slice. I had a slice and a small salad, very fresh veggies. Hubs had 2 slices and said it satisfied his New York boy cravings.”

“Three of us went to dinner at 6pm on a Wednesday evening. We didn't have reservations but the main dining room seemed almost full so they sat us in the second room. The food and service were phenomenal. We got the lobster ravioli and the salmon picatta. The free bread and olive oil was delish too. The only downside is there was a large party of like 20 people that came into the room and it made it hard to hear my friends at my table. But the host apologized for that and checked on us a few times throughout our dinner.”

“The food is excellent! I truly can’t say enough good to convey how wonderful it is. I had the fahsa tonight. It was delicious! I had intended to take some home to share with my parents, but it was so good that all of us at the table just kept savoring it with the hot bread that comes with it. I’ll just have to take my parents to Shibam so they get the full experience. BTW, our waiter is perfect! We’ve been lucky enough to have him each time.”

“Each time I go, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is fantastic! The best seating is outdoors, and if the weather gets chilly, there is a basket of blankets inside that you can borrow from to keep you cozy. It's like going to your best friend's house and spending the day out back with good games, great food, and the best company! I highly recommend stopping in!”
